Outside

Both buildings face onto a large courtyard and garden that invite you to relax in the  evenings while leaving the children free to play in complete safety.

Guests in the Annexe (which is only available for rent together with the main farmhouse) share the same outside area as the adjacent Villa Marta, both encircled by the same outer walls.

Villa Marta also offers you a sizeable, windowed outside loggia equipped with a table and easy chairs that enable our guests to eat outside or relax with a book.  
The Annexe too has an outside reading area, sheltered by a flowery pergola. There is also a brick barbeque and wood-burning pizza oven which can be used by our guests at no extra charge.

Just outside the walls of the property, surrounded by olive trees and screened by a high hedge, there is a private swimming pool reserved exclusively for our guests' use.
You can spend quiet sunny afternoons relaxing around the pool edge, which is equipped with sun-loungers and sun-umbrellas, or shelter from the summer heat in the shade of the pergola covered in beautiful flowers and vines.
